Rail and Road Constructions
APCPL’s Mechanical engineers supports EHV transmission and substation projects by providing in-house fabrication of gantry and equipment support structures, transformer and reactor supports, busbar structures, cable tray supports, platforms, walkways, ladders, handrails, and other substation steel structures.
The facility is equipped for cutting, bending, drilling, welding, machining, sandblasting, assembly, and dimensional inspection, enabling quality-controlled fabrication and pre-assembly before site installation.
This helps reduce site work, improve accuracy, and ensure faster, safer, and efficient project execution.

What We Do
including mast and portal foundations, structure erection, contact and catenary wire installation,
OHE registration and alignment, earthing and bonding, cantilever and insulator installation, section insulators, isolators,
cable laying, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Our scope covers site development, equipment foundations, control rooms, cable trenches, transformer and switchgear
installation, HT/LT cabling, protection and control systems, earthing, equipment erection, structural supports,
mechanical assembly, testing, commissioning, and associated maintenance works. This integrated approach enables safe, reliable,
and efficient execution of railway traction power infrastructure.
